Vowel allows you to customize your in-meeting experience by hiding your own video tile from view. This can reduce video conferencing fatigue and help you stay focused on the conversation.

Simply click on the ellipses menu in your meeting and select "Hide self view" or use the keyboard shortcut "Q". Doing so will minimize your video from your view. Other meeting participants will still see your video feed.

If you want to bring your video feed, click on "You" in the bottom right corner of your screen or "Q". This will bring back your self view.
