We've all been in a meeting where something important happens and we wish we could revisit it later. Bookmarks in Vowel meetings make it easy to mark key moments as the happen.

You can use Bookmarks for all sorts of key moments: important product feedback from VIP customers, design ideas, questions to follow up on, decisions made and more!

To mark a key moment, click the bookmark icon at the bottom of the screen or tap "B" on your keyboard. You can categorize your Bookmarks with our 4 categories.

You can also create a Bookmark by opening the Transcript, hovering or highlighting a block of text and then clicking the bookmark icon.

After a meeting wraps, you can see Bookmarks on the Meeting Timeline (along with Reactions and Comments) as well as in the Meeting Summary section in the post-meeting view.

Bookmarks are a great way to ensure you're not wasting time when recapping meetings. Rather than going back and watching the entire recording, just go back and watch the Bookmarked moments! We're excited to continue evolving this feature--we have ideas around tagging and sharing Bookmarks but would love to hear what you think, and if there are power user features you'd like to see build leveraging Bookmarks!

If you have questions or ideas, please send us a chat or an email at hello@vowel.com.
