The Vowel Browser extension allows you to schedule Vowel meetings directly in your Google Calendar and also stream your desktop into Vowel conferences. Once installed, creating and editing Google Calendar events will include the option to "Add a Vowel Meeting". Everyone on the calendar invite will be able to join the meeting via the Vowel Meeting link.

Note: The Google Browser extension works on all Chromium-based browsers. If you are using a different browser (Safari or Firefox) you will need to follow the steps to install the Google Calendar add-on.

Step 1: Install the Vowel Browser extension from the web store

Step 2: Pin the Extension so it's always visible and immediately accessible from your browser window.

Step 3: Once installed, you can access the extension from any Chromium browser window. Click "Meet Now" to instantly launch a Vowel meeting in your personal meeting room, or click the calendar icon to instantly schedule a Vowel meeting from your Google Calendar.

Step 4: Select "Add a Vowel Meeting" to generate a meeting link

Step 4: With the Extension you'll also be able to edit the agenda for the Vowel Meeting directly your calendar.
