You can now set time limits for all of your agenda items in your Vowel meetings!

From the Upcoming Tab

  1. Select the meeting you want to create an agenda for

  2. Click the "/" command and select "Timer from the dropdown list

3. Set the number of minutes you'd like to dedicate to this particular agenda item/meeting section

Once your meeting starts simply click the play button on the timer to start it. If you need to add or decrease time you can use the arrows. To pause the timer click the pause button.

From the meeting Shared Notes

You can add timers to your agenda/shared notes even after your meeting has started. For example, if you're getting off track or if sections are taking longer than expected simply add timers for the rest of your meeting items so that you don't run over and make everyone late to their next commitment.

  1. Once your meeting has started you can add agenda timers from the Shared Notes panel

  2. Click the "/" and select "Timer" from the dropdown list

  3. Add the time you want to dedicate to this section of your meeting

  4. When you are ready to start the timer click the play button. If you need to add or decrease time you can use the arrows. To pause the timer click the pause button.

  5. The timer will sound when 1 minute remains and again when time is up. The color will also change from purple to yellow when time is up.
