You can download your Vowel meeting recordings if you are a customer on our Business Plan. Downloads are not available for the Free subscription.

Downloads will include the audio, video & relevant screen share in the recording and will be saved as a .mp4 file. You can download full meetings or clips.

Note: Transcripts are not currently included in the downloads, but you can copy the text of entire transcripts and paste them into external documents outside of Vowel.

Navigate to the meeting recording you want to download and click on the menu next to the "Share" button and then click "Download Video"

You will see a confirmation notification that reads: "Downloading video... check your browser's downloads" and your download will also appear at the bottom of your window.

Note: If you had a long meeting it may take a few minutes for the recording to process before being able to download.
